You may use Rankport to audit websites that you own or that you are explicitly authorized to audit. You must not submit domains belonging to third parties without their permission. Misuse of the audit engine to scrape, overload, or probe sites you do not control is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their knowledge.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

You must not use Rankport for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or in any way that could damage the reputation or infrastructure of the service. Automated bulk submissions beyond the limits of your plan are not permitted. We reserve the right to update acceptable use rules as the product matures.

Rankport is provided in an early, actively developing state. Audit results are informational only and do not constitute professional SEO or legal advice. We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any audit output.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability or inaccurate audit results.

We may update these terms as the product and our obligations evolve. We will notify registered users by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of Rankport after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
